International Shipping

- Estimated Delivery Time: International orders may take 7-21 business days to arrive, depending on your location and customs processing times.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O Box Addresses: We do not ship to PO Box addresses at this time.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Pettermart Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Items
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at info@pettermart.co.ke so we can assist you in locating your package.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@pettermart.co.ke with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
